So what did eveyone think? Personally I thought we were rough as fuck last night: sloppy, timekeeping was poor, too many Jazz moments. My drumming was gash, couldn't for the life of me get the double kick stuff right at all, and the kit was moving all over the shop cos I'd been an arse and forgotten my slipmat. Any thoughts as to what went wrong? Toe PS Still not a grandad: so we're not Music To Break Your Waters To.

So what did eveyone think? Any thoughts as to what went wrong? Yes! 1. You sir, are a cunt 2. None of us really gave a fuck about playing to time, accurately or with any level of panache, which actually paid off... Louby Lou is quoted as having said 'Is it me or have these guys got better?' Of course Chip may have been hallucinating, but it's not likely. I think we played badly too, but I enjoyed it a lot, it was relaxed and loose. Also, my amp is playing up so I'm off to Carlsbro' to get it sorted out soon. Maybe it's time to invest in the Crate head & 4 x 12 set up. Cue the predictable and frankly fucking lame comments about bad workmen... The Regan video is going well BTW.

You also seem to have a fan in West-street-frequenting, non-muso Craig.
Personally, I had a great time. I also had several pints of Hobgoblin, and for much of the gig there were 8 of you, and occasionally 12, so pinch of salt accepted.

I thought the reaction we got from the crowd was perfunctory, reflecting our performance. I just thought we were flat: didn't move about as much as usual. Maybe it just couldn't compete with the white-knuckle excitement of the Blades game just before...
