Not content with being an unofficial photographer, treasurer and 50% of the travelling support at saturday's Snooty Fox gig at wakefield, Mucous informs me that the DVD captures me on at least 12 visits to the bar while you are playing your set.

And also acting as roadie to the inept, cack-handed retards we call "guitarists" as they break something YET AGAIN and are too useless to mend it themselves.

Much stick breakage though. I think polite applause should also be given to Matt for great roadie action, scurrying to the front of the stage to hand Ciaran his pick back. Quality stuff indeed.

I noticed straight away and didn't pick it up because I couldn't be arsed, and also thought that there might be comedy potential in you either attempting to pick it up yourself or floundering at the side of the stage for another one mid song. I stepped in because the limp-wristed strumming that you attempted, sans pick, was agony to behold.

How was the vocal sound at the guz, did you find the desk easy to use, and was the volume of it big enough for the room ?

Audience feedback was good, we could hear it from the stage and it filled the room really well. The desk was easy enough to use thanks, once we'd plugged the speakers into the right outputs...
