No doubt of interest to certain members of this esteemed board will be the knowledge that everyone's favourite teutonic leather lederhosen wearing firey men are back in the studio next April, by all accounts. Wonder if Cafe Zapata is still open?

Would you like to elaborate. Are you talking about Rammstein?
I was disspointed when I met them recently and found out it was all an elaborate hoax and they are actually a welsh band. The lead singer's real name is Gryff. Although Stanley doesn't sound much like a Welsh name I know, But Heinz could pass for a German if he could speak any..

I'd love to elaborate but i've no idea what that word means. But yeah, I mean Rrrrstein, how many other teutonic leather lederhosen wearing firey men bands are there? Apart from Girls Aloud? And Girls Aloud don't have groovy ashtrays for sale.
Anyway, I'd been led to believe they were all from Grimsby. Never believe the NME, obviously. What was I thinking?

Cafe Zapata is indeed still open... I just nebbed on the website. Long may it reign with its fire, music, twisted metal interior design and abundance of psychotropic substances. Though they can get rid of the big dog for me.
The new R+ DVD looks good. Haven't bought it yet, but seen most of it on youtube thanks to a whopping copyright grey area that probably already has Metallica recruiting an army of lawyers, having more therapy and generally being twats.
Might a trip to the trusty old Velodrome be in order? Let me know, and hopefully we could arrange tickets this time without me having a heart attack.
